Tim McGowan Named Vice President of Corporate Development

Capital Lighting & Supply based in Alexandria, VA is pleased to announce the promotion of Tim McGowan to Vice President of Corporate Development.

Tim has served Capital Lighting & Supply in many capacities and has been responsible for creating many of the tools for our internal communications and employee development. Some of his most notable recent accomplishments have been the development of our intranet, our operations manual and our training initiative.

In his new role, Tim’s responsibilities will include the following:

• Organizational Development; including employee development, recruiting programs and process development.
  


• Special Projects; currently including our new CDC and HQ facility.
  


• Strategic Vision.
