Capital Lighting & Supply Announces Code Seminar Featuring Mike Holt
Alexandria , VA. – November 8, 2007 - Capital Lighting & Supply, a subsidiary of Sonepar-USA is proud to announce the CLS NEC 2008 Code Seminar with Instructor Mike Holt as part of their continuing educational Seminar Series.
Two seminars and tradeshows will take place, one on February 12th at Martin’s West in Baltimore, MD and the other February 15th at Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, VA. Registration will begin at 7am, seminar from 8am – 5pm and the free tradeshow will be from 3pm – 7:30pm. The tradeshow will highlight energy and labor savings products from more than 50 manufacturers. The tradeshow will also feature door prizes, complimentary food and beverages and interactive competitions, such as a wall panel wiring competition.
Nearly 5000 changes were proposed for the 2008 NEC. Over 225 of them will have a significant impact on designing, installing and inspecting electrical systems. Holt will also be reviewing the 1999 through 2005 codes as a refresher course with heavy emphasis on jurisdiction based on attendees.
